Apples understands more than 1'200 inhabitants and is in the district of Morges. The village is situated between Bussy-Chardonney and Pampigny, in the direction of Jura and offer a magnificent panorama on the Geneva Lake and the Mont Blanc.

Apples is very well served as regards the jobs by the mouth: a gourmet restaurant, La Couronne, a Chinese restaurant La Pomme d'Or and a specialist of the fondue in the Riding school are far around estimated.

The butcher's shop with delicatessen is considered for the quality of its sausages.
The bakery has its manufacturing in L'Isle and offer fresh bread of diverse sorts, cakes and grocery products.

Finally, the market on the farm offers us not only fruits and quality vegetables, but also crafts and the participation of a fisherman and diverse breeders.

According to old legends, the nickname of the citizens of Apples is " Caque à part ", allusion to their will to stay in part, crosses to mix with the others and to be different. Today, we feel reassured, only the humor in remained. The "Caque à part" is opened on the world.

Apples is accessible by the railroad lines of "BAM the Route of Senses", as well as by a service of bus, harmed from the station of Morges.
