The Lakeside Dahlia exhibition

MORGES, QUAI IGOR-STRAWINSKY- Every year thousands of Dahlias decorate the scenic shoreline of Morges from July to October. No fewer than 2’100 Dahlias bloom along Lake Geneva, between the castle and the Parc de Vertou (principally from the temple in direction of Lausanne), where the promenade stretches for one and a half kilometers.

The Lakeside Dahlia exhibition is unique in the French part of Switzerland and the entry is entirely free. The objective of this exhibition-sale is to show the many varieties of this summer flower.

For the 16th edition of this event, there are no fewer than 73 varieties which are spread out along an idyllic walk, that can be done on foot or on the Little Train.
