Canal d'Entreroches

Canal d’Entreroches, a once navigable canal that was meant to link the Mediterranean Sea to the North Sea, was built from 1638 to 1648.

Eclépens - Canal d'Entreroches

This canal was used for goods transport between Cossonay and Yverdon until 1829.

Close to the village Eclépens one can see impressive leftovers of the canal as well as the house of the ferryman.
