Join occasional yoga classes and balance your life at a time that suits you!
Classes are open to all levels, from beginners to the more experienced. You'll be guided by the Yoga Meditation Therapy team through a series of postures and breathing techniques that can be adapted to suit your individual needs.
- Participants must bring their own equipment or inform the coach if they do not have any.
- Participants with a medical contraindication must inform the coach by message, e-mail or during the course.
