It all started with a simple idea while preparing Dolmehs with my mum in Tehran... Now this culinary adventure is coming back to Switzerland for a new, even tastier edition!
Three years after our first experience, we're delighted to invite you to a new immersion in taste, in collaboration with Domaine La Colombe. Once again, we'll be using the precious vine leaves of Chardonnay, Chasselas and Pinot Gris, as well as their exceptional verjuice.
We'll cook and taste Dolmehs together, you'll learn how to make Iranian cucumber yoghurt and we'll taste La Colombe's amazing wine, and at the end each participant will leave with some leaves, herbs and a recipe booklet to make for their loved ones afterwards.
