With its splendid view of Lake Geneva, the mountains and the vineyards, the Auberge Communale de l'Esplanade in Aubonne welcomes you to discover a varied and seasonal cuisine proposed by the chef.
In addition to savouring gourmet dishes, guests can enjoy a breathtaking panorama of the Alps and the Jura from the vast terrace of this restaurant located on the heights of Aubonne. In the shade of a hundred-year-old oak tree during the summer season, they can choose between fish from the lake or from the sea, depending on the availability of fish, in particular fillets of perch, whole fish and grilled meat cut up in the restaurant. For the amateurs, regional specialities are suggested every week.
In autumn, hunting specialities also find a good place on the menu, including a duo of saddle of venison cut up in the dining room.
Adjacent to the bright veranda, the carnotzet is available for small groups of up to 30 people, either for daily conferences, meals or cocktails. It will be available during the winter season for cheese tasting, including fondues, Vacherin Mont-d'Or AOP and regional and Swiss cheeses and charcuterie.
By reservation, for groups of 10 to 90 people, the Esplanade welcomes you for all types of events (family or friends parties, weddings, business lunches and dinners, end of year dinners, group meals etc.).
The party room upstairs can accommodate groups of up to 120 people for a sit-down meal and 180 people for a cocktail.
