Located in the heart of the old village of Aubonne, the decor of the Café du Commerce resembles a Parisian brasserie of the 1900s, just like the menu card of the chef, who is renowned for his bistrot dishes accompanied by the best AOC La Côte wines. The rooms have been renovated on the theme of jazz and street art.
Olivier Ferry and his team welcome their guests to the Café du Commerce in the heart of Aubonne’s historic old town. In a warm and welcoming atmosphere, they can enjoy the cuisine from Chef François Claveau, who has been exercising his art here for 20 years. The setting is typical of a 1900 Parisian brasserie and channels the vibe of an authentic bistro, ideal for meeting with friends, family gatherings or romantic dinners.
Café du Commerce highlights a dozen winemakers of the region - whose wines are on all tables - and invites its guests to visit the cellars on Friday afternoon or Saturday mornings (depending on the opening hours of each producer).
Among the nine renovated hotel rooms, five pay tribute to the jazz legends (Duke Ellington, Art Blakey, Bill Evans, John Coltrane and Sonny Rollins), while the other four are the work of the Belgian street artist BLANCBEC.
