Established since 2007 in the former dairy of the village of Vullierens, Brasserie de la Côte is the place where Patrick Doria's artisan beers are produced. One of the rare brewers of the canton of Vaud to live by his trade, Patrick Doria produces about 30,000 litres of beer per year.
The beautiful building of the old dairy in the centre of the village lends itself perfectly to the production of beers. The old cheese tanks are used for brewing. The beer recipes were all created by the owner of the Brasserie de la Côte. Nine craft beers have been developed with colours and aromas to satisfy all palates. The first Swiss gluten-free beer was also developed there.
