You don't know our region yet?
The Morges region is full of nuggets! The lakefront, with its footpaths along the quays, offers a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc. In summer, you can even enjoy the dahlias that bloom on the quays of Morges. If you are a flower lover, the gardens of the Château de Vullierens offer roses and irises from spring to late summer.
For culture lovers, many themes are highlighted thanks to the region's unusual museums. The castle of La Sarraz, for example, offers an immersive exhibition "The keys to the castle are yours", the Maison de la Rivière will be a great place for children thanks to its adapted explanations and if you are a fan of Paderewski, the castle of Morges has the exhibition you need!
Finally, the Côte region remains a must for wine lovers. Chasselas, the star grape variety of the region, is a white aperitif wine that can be enjoyed in all circumstances. Servagnin, another star of the Morgian region, is a red wine originating from Burgundy, imported 600 years ago by Marie de Bourgogne, as a thank you for the warm welcome she received from the Vaudois when she arrived.
