The weekly menu, served at lunchtime from Wednesday to Friday, changes according to market availability. The four-course market menu is available in the evening from Wednesday to Saturday and at lunchtime on weekends. A à la carte menu completes the offering, featuring classic dishes and seasonal inspirations.
In the dining room and cellar, Thibaud Gardette has curated a precise and intriguing wine selection, showcasing winemakers from here and elsewhere.
