The Restaurant Le Casino in Morges offers innovative cuisine in one of the region’s most prestigious buildings.
Facing Lake Geneva, the Casino de Morges has been part of city life since 1900. Behind its neo-baroque façade, this iconic building has hosted balls, concerts, banquets, and grand soirées for over a century.
Today, the venue is embarking on a new chapter under the leadership of Rémy Gravelaine and Thibaud Gardette. One a chef, the other a head sommelier, the two friends met at the Hôtel de Ville in Crissier before embarking on this adventure together. Their vision: a lively and welcoming establishment, where generosity and high standards guide every detail.
In the kitchen, Rémy Gravelaine offers seasonal cuisine, with a focus on local produce and artisans. The weekly menu, served at lunchtime from Wednesday to Friday, changes according to market availability. The four-course market menu is available in the evening from Wednesday to Saturday and at lunchtime on weekends. A à la carte menu completes the offering, featuring classic dishes and seasonal inspirations.
In the dining room and cellar, Thibaud Gardette has curated a precise and intriguing wine selection, showcasing winemakers from here and elsewhere.
The Casino de Morges also hosts private and professional events in a unique setting between the city and the lake. Weddings, seminars, birthdays, and banquets find a setting steeped in history and tailor-made service here.
The spectacular Belle Époque room can accommodate 50 to 220 people for seated meals, while the Casino lounge offers a more intimate atmosphere for events for up to 32 guests.
At the Casino de Morges, the table remains above all a place for meeting, sharing, and celebrating.
