The Nomad Factory

The Nomad Factory is a restaurant and catering service specializing in authentic Moroccan cuisine, enhanced with international influences.
You will find generous, family-style cuisine that showcases fresh, high-quality ingredients (including halal meat on request) and traditional recipes revisited with passion.

There is no set menu here, but a different menu composed of seasonal dishes each week. This includes a variety of tagines and other iconic dishes. Every Saturday, a Couscous Royal is offered. All dishes and other suggestions are available upon reservation. A rather original drinks menu is available, including a selection of beverages, all 0% alcohol, but which will perfectly accompany your dishes (beers, aperitif and gourmet drinks, selection of non-alcoholic wines).

The space is warm and cozy, but all dishes are also available to take away.
There is also a small delicatessen to discover on site (loose spices & teas, syrups, honeys, vinegars, oils, morels, etc.).
