Escapade en train historique: Train du Tartare
Each year, La Voie Des Sens puts the historic BAM train on the tracks approximately once a week, from Thursday to Sunday (excluding maintenance periods), to offer outings on various gourmet themes.

Always appreciated, tartare invites itself aboard the historic BAM train. A 3-course menu that gives pride of place to this culinary form and allows you to discover two variations of it (three if you count the dessert, which also recalls the idea of a tartare…). A menu created, composed and prepared by Chef Stéphane Brioschi, the Artisans Cuisiniers à Bière.

Please note, you will be travelling aboard a historic train and vehicles built in 1895 and 1925! A memory generator, this leap back in time is conducive to sharing and conviviality. But it takes you back to an era when the notion of comfort was not what it is today… Places are limited and the train is not well suited for children.
