March / late April – Magnolias
Arboretum of the Vallon de l’Aubonne
Nearly 200 varieties of magnolias bloom at the Arboretum du Vallon de l’Aubonne, from mid-March to early June. Let yourself be enchanted by their spectacular blooms and delicate fragrance.
April / mid-May – Tulips
Morges Fleur du Léman – Parc de l’Indépendance, the quays and the town of Morges
Every spring, over 140,000 tulips transform Morges into a true festival of colors. Enjoy the Tulip Festival and its many activities in the heart of the city, along the quays, and at the Parc de l’Indépendance.
April / May – Narcissi
Montreux – Les Avants, Pléiades, Haut-de-Caux, Mont Pèlerin, Glion and Orgevaux
In spring, the meadows above Montreux are covered in a magnificent white blanket of narcissi. Set off on the trails to discover this fleeting spectacle, with stunning panoramic views over Lake Geneva.
April / October – Irises
Château de Vullierens
With over 400 varieties of irises, the gardens of the Château de Vullierens offer an exceptional floral display. From May to June, thousands of flowers create a magnificent colorful mosaic spanning 4 hectares, with new varieties to discover every year.
