Open-air concerts in the gardens of Château de La Sarraz
Created in 2020, Les Jeudis du Château has become a not-to-be-missed event in the La Sarraz region. These are six free open-air concerts of music in a variety of styles, in the gardens of the Château. By creating a convivial setting in the countryside, offering a free, high-quality cultural programme and showcasing local producers, the Jeudis du Château have become a must. Les Jeudis du Château showcases a Vaud heritage monument, reaches out to audiences beyond the district’s borders and provides a space for professional artistic expression. More than 80 volunteers work hard to bring this place of sharing and exchange to life. This year, Les Jeudis du Château will take place from 26 June to 4 September 2025, in fine weather, on alternate Thursdays, in the gardens of the Château.
Join us this year for the 7th edition of *Jeudis du Château de La Sarraz*, a series of concerts held every other Thursday during the summer in the castle gardens. Artists from a variety of genres will take to the stage to entertain you.

9 July: Les sales gosses (rock covers)
23 July: Merci Johnny (tribute to Johnny Hallyday)
6 August: Noir & Gerber (soul and rhythm and blues)
20 August: Le Beau Lac de Bâle (blues rock)
3 September: La Gargarousses (French chanson)
Les Jeudis du Château are open-air concerts, held only in good weather, with a donation-based system for the artists.

Practical Information
Doors open at 6.00 pm. Please arrive early to secure a seat; otherwise, grassy areas will be available where you can set up your chairs and blankets. Light refreshments available on site.
Please use public transport.
Parking spaces in front of the Château will not be available for this event.
Car parks are available within 500 metres of the Château.
