Severy Mill: discover the art of olive oil production in Vaud
Since 1810, the Bovey family has been preserving a unique craft at the Moulin de Severy. As Switzerland’s last mill to produce its products by hand all year round, it specialises in turning walnuts into exceptional oils.
La Maison de la Noix offers visitors the chance to explore this world through tours of the mill, tastings and experiences centred around local produce. It’s an ideal day out for families, friends or groups.
Extend the experience at the Bistro du Moulin, where every dish showcases one of the restaurant’s own specialities and local flavours.
