Located above Morges and at the foot of the Jura mountains, the Sévery Oil Mill is an institution for gourmet people who enjoy local produce. An essential stop during gastronomical holidays, the visit of the mill allows you to discover its famous walnut oil, among other local and artisanal produce.

The Sévery Oil Mill follows traditional techniques for making walnut, hazelnut, pistachio, rapeseed oils and 14 other types of produce pressed using old methods. The Mill is a world of its own that will delight all your senses!

When you discover the artisanal oil mill during a guided visit, you will meet a team of professional and passionate artisans, you will smell the produce and you will hear the clatter of the belts revolving around the wooden pulleys. In a period decor where the massive paddle wheel reigns, you will hear about the history of the Mill, which is over 5 centuries old.
