Les Jardins de Chivrageon is a micro-farm where 250 naturally grown varieties flourish. The team on site accompanies its visitors from the seed to the plate through unique and magical moments.
Created by Raphaël in 2017 in an exceptional setting on the heights of Aubonne, Les Jardins de Chivrageon is today a place of energies that nourishes the Living on various levels, tangible and intangible. Their vegetables express the reflection of the land in which they are found, thanks to the natural practices used. It is through a raw, creative and vegetal cuisine that they propose to visitors to taste seasonal compositions at La Table de Chivrageon, the table d'hôte established upstream of the crops. Raphaël and his team also share their passion for plants through various courses, workshops and events.
La Table de Chivrageon: open Friday evenings for a unique menu, two Sundays a month for brunch - reservations required.

Saturday morning vegetable and fruit stand in front of the Jaggi farm in Coinsins.
