Morges and Region International Classical and Lyric Festival – 2026 Edition
Spring 2026 will be rocking to the beat of Barock’euses, the must-see event that celebrates excellence in classical and lyric music in an exceptional setting. A bolder, more dazzling edition... simply unmissable! Once again this year, top international artists will light up the stage:
✨ sopranos Laura Ansaldi and Luz Alba del Rubio
✨ virtuoso pianist Kamil Osmanov and his group, for a captivating musical and visual show
✨ talented singer Rahel Baer
The full program will be unveiled in early 2026... and it promises unforgettable moments of emotion. Take advantage of this event to (re)discover your favorite restaurants in the region, such as our partner, the Hôtel Mont-Blanc au Lac, which will welcome you for the festival's closing night with a cocktail reception and music overlooking the lake—weather permitting, of course. While you wait to find out what the organizers have in store for you, make a note of these important dates:
📅 Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 6 p.m.: Festival support gala at the Hôtel Mont-Blanc au Lac, with the singers in attendance.
📅 Friday, April 17, at 11 a.m., at the Bandstand: singer Rahel Baer will get young and old dancing with her vintage repertoire.
FESTIVAL ARTISTS AT THE TULIP FESTIVAL
True to tradition, the festival will also be a highlight of the Tulip Festival, whose theme for 2026 will be Tales and Legends.
Special events at the Park and Castle:
🎶 Rachel Baer at the Bandstand on April 15, for a vibrant and warm performance.
🎨 The enchanting world of international painter Carl W. Röhrig, on display all week at the Morges Castle Art Gallery. His style, blending dream and reality, and more than 4,000 works exhibited around the world, will offer a unique artistic journey.
