Murder in the Swinging Sixties...
Enjoy an unforgettable crime-themed New Year's Eve experience at the romantic Mont Blanc au Lac hotel in Morges. To mark the transition to the new year, the investigation will exceptionally last one day longer, from Wednesday, December 31, 2025, to Saturday, January 3, 2026.
Dallas, November 22, 1963: Walter Vogt of St. Gallen waves to John F. Kennedy as he drives by, when suddenly a bullet strikes the president and him. Walter collapses, fatally wounded. But the world will never know of his death. More than sixty years later, it is time to shed light on this case.
Historians, investigators, and descendants gather for a weekend of investigation at a hotel. But when Walter's son, Armin, is found shot dead, one thing is certain: Lee Harvey Oswald cannot be the culprit this time. Who is the assassin, and who really fired the shot in Dallas in 1963?
Take a trip back in time to the heart of the Swinging Sixties and solve this complex case over three days, so that Walter Vogt can finally rest in peace.

Thursday, January 1, 2026
Sleep in to recover from New Year's Eve. No murders will escape you this morning, as we start the new year off gently. However, the first clues have already been discovered and are ready to be examined. Put your thinking cap on and try to make progress in the investigation. In the late afternoon, we will visit a local winemaker for a generous tasting. Then, we will take you to a surprise dinner to welcome the new year. Once we are full, we will end the evening in a cozy bar.
Friday, January 2, 2026
You are now in the midst of the investigation, and the suspects are lying as easily as they breathe—at least one of them is... After breakfast, continue your immersion in the case. At 4 p.m., we will gather for a convivial moment over coffee and cake. But... will the cake be poisoned? In the evening, the Mont Blanc Hotel will treat us to a generous aperitif followed by a delicious dinner where, of course, new crimes may occur. At the same time, we will celebrate our costume party with a “Swinging Sixties” theme – you might even win the prize for best costume!
Saturday, January 3, 2026
The colorful market in Morges is legendary and is just a stone's throw from the hotel. We'll give you time in the morning to stroll through the narrow streets and taste or buy some regional specialties. But take a moment to review the latest clues! Because at 12 noon, we'll ask you to solve the case. At 12:30 p.m., the case will be solved and the culprit arrested. Did you guess correctly? If so, you will return home with the WeekendKrimi diploma. At 1:00 p.m., WeekendKrimi will come to an end. Finish off these four criminal days with a final stroll along Lake Geneva or a coffee at the Hotel Mont Blanc. We wish you a safe journey home and all the best for 2026!
