For this edition of the Pintes Ouvertes in the Morges region, GastroVaud, Vaud Promotion and their partners invite all food lovers seeking conviviality and local flavours to enjoy a 100% Vaudois menu offered at the accessible price of CHF 20.–.
The menu features a fondue made with Vaudois Gruyère AOP, Vaudois dry sausage IGP with pickles, artisan bread or potatoes, and a glass of Chasselas.
These emblematic products are made possible thanks to the support of the event’s partners: the Association Charcuterie vaudoise IGP, Reitzel, the Interprofession du Gruyère, the Vaudois Artisan Bakers and Confectioners, the Vaudois Vegetable Producers Federation, and the Office des Vins Vaudois.
