The ever-popular tartare is coming aboard the historic BAM train. A three-course menu that showcases this culinary creation and allows you to discover two variations (three if you count the dessert, which also echoes the idea of a tartare…). A menu created, composed, and prepared by Chef Stéphane Brioschi, Les Artisans Cuisiniers à Bière.
