  • The Sévery Oil Mill: Step into the last traditional mill still operating in French-speaking Switzerland. The guided tour reveals how oils are made and highlights centuries-old craftsmanship passed down through six generations.
  • Spiruline Swiss Made: In Lonay, this artisanal greenhouse opens its doors to showcase the production of spirulina. The tour explores this natural superfood through the lens of ecology, nutrition, and local innovation.

  • Pérégrinatures: Pérégrinatures offers guided nature outings combining hiking, wild plant gathering, wildlife observation and botanical discovery. The immersive, educational approach is designed to help reconnect with the local environment.
  • Spot VTT: Starting in Aubonne, Spot VTT offers routes from 20 to 50 km with climbs ranging from 400 to 1300 m, suitable for both mountain bikes and e‑MTBs. Guided or autonomous rides offer sweeping views of Lake Geneva, the Jura and the Alps, with stops at local producers or rustic cafés.
  • Following John: Following John organises slow-tourism experiences around Lake Geneva and Lac de Joux: kayaking, paddleboarding, sailing, canyoning and more. Activities are tailored to groups, always with a professional guide and a focus on sustainability and nature.
  • Surfshop Préverenges: Close to Lausanne and Morges, the Préverenges Surfshop rents out a wide range of watersport gear (SUP, windsurf, wakeboard, wakesurf, canoe, pedal boat) and offers beginner lessons. A lakeside snack bar completes the experience.
  • Ballons du Léman: Ballons du Léman offers hot air balloon flights over Lake Geneva, the Jura and the Alps. From discovery rides to fondue or apéro flights, the experience is open to all from 1.20 m height – for a magical view from the skies.

Wine tastings, culinary workshops or vineyard experiences – these activities celebrate flavour and togetherness around the table.

 
  • Maison des Vins de La Côte: Located in Mont-sur-Rolle, this wine house offers themed tastings in small groups: Chasselas, red wines, discovery assortments or premium tastings of up to five wines.
  • VinoHelp: Based in Morges, VinoHelp creates tailor-made wine experiences: tasting workshops, cheese-and-wine pairings, or private and corporate events. A friendly, hands-on activity that’s perfect for groups.
  • Jean-Daniel Coeytaux Winery: This vineyard in Yens hosts "Tavolata-Fondue" evenings: estate visit, guided tasting and fondue served at dusk in the vineyard – a warm and memorable experience close to the vines.
  • La Voie des Sens: A retro train transformed into a restaurant-bar, bringing together regional producers, artisans and local flavours. For groups of 6 to 10 people, it’s possible to privatise a carriage or the whole train for a unique wine tourism outing.
  • Balade des Capites: This 4.5 km wine-themed trail links Bougy-Villars to Féchy. Along the way: seven capites with info panels, two self-service tasting stops, a terroir discovery kit and a treasure hunt – ideal for exploring landscapes and local products.
