When a birthday gift blows your party sky high!
Eric is turning fifty. Sabine, his devoted wife, has planned a small birthday party for him, as Eric doesn't like big gatherings. Gilles, his best friend—but also his business partner—will be the only guest.
Before sitting down to enjoy a delicious coq au vin, Sabine and Gilles give him his gifts. His wife's gift fills him with joy... but when he discovers Gilles' gift, he almost chokes! Stunned, he blurts out: “Why on earth are you giving me this?!”
From disappointments to explosive revelations, the evening turns out to be much less peaceful than hoped for... stories to entertain; they are the starting point for an evening that has many surprises in store for our characters, much to our delight.
