More than a dozen dishes await you, with unique creations every day—just like nature itself.
The vegetable compositions vary, but a gourmet base remains the same and consists of: sourdough bread, jams from the gardens, plain Sapalet butter and butter seasoned Chivrageon style, seasonal fruits, hot or cold soup depending on the weather, scrambled eggs cooked in a bain-marie, soy hummus, and the spread of the moment.
Brunch includes an all-you-can-eat buffet, a hot drink, and a freshly prepared juice.
