Gastronomic exchange with Norway
After a meeting between Sweden and Finland, we head north-west for our next four-handed event.
On Saturday 11 April 2026, we are delighted to welcome chef Christopher Haatuft, founder of the Lysverket restaurant in Bergen, for an exceptional collaboration with our chef Philippe Deslarzes.

Christopher Haatuft is often referred to as the ‘punk chef’ or the ‘godfather of neo-fjord cuisine,’ and for good reason. Trained at Per Se and Blue Hill in New York, he returned to Bergen to found Lysverket, where he breaks the mould with cuisine rooted in his territory but never static. Seafood, forgotten vegetables, clean lines, and always an idea behind the plate.
On the menu: a seven-course surprise menu designed as a journey between Norwegian fjords and Alpine rivers, where water is the source, the common thread, the element.
