Audrey Hepburn, an exceptional actress and woman, left her mark on the history of cinema through her talent and on the memory of the region through her status as a resident, for almost 30 years, in Tolochenaz near Morges, where she was buried.
She made many films in the 1950s and 1960s, including "Roman Holiday" (1953), which won her the Oscar for best actress, "War and Peace" (1956), "Breakfast at Tiffany's" (1961) and "My Fair Lady" (1964).

From Morges’ town hall, where she got married in 1969, to the town’s market, where she used to go, via the Dumas grocery shop, whose back door allowed her to escape the paparazzi, Audrey Hepburn left her mark on the town and its inhabitants by her elegance, simplicity and kindness.

Every summer (from July to September), the Bolle Museum presents a themed exhibition on Audrey Hepburn.
