Accessible activities in the Morges region

Welcome to Switzerland's first Slow Tourism destination!

Slow means taking time... Time to adapt to each visitor, according to their specific needs.

Morges has positioned itself as a destination accessible to all.
Thanks to the Pro Infirmis pictograms, this page informs visitors about the accessibility of the site.
Since 2019, Morges Région Tourisme has been working with the Claire & George Foundation to provide a tourism offering that is accessible to all.

In 2025, the ‘Accessible Tour of Switzerland’ is built, in collaboration with 10 Swiss destinations.

The idea is simple: to offer a tour of Switzerland without barriers!
The choice is given between a full tour or smaller tours grouping 3 to 4 destinations.
Morges is included in the ‘Nature & Culture’ tour, along with Biel-Seeland, Basel and Bern.

It's great that someone is collecting information about accessibility, so that you don't have to do everything yourself. It's very useful to learn things quickly and easily with just one hand, for example how the car park is situated, whether there's an accessible entrance and where the disabled toilets are.

– Ruth H., tester of the accessible offer

The development of accessible tourism in the Morges region is supported by the canton of Vaud / LADE (Economic Development Support Law).

The content of this page covers accessible or partially accessible offers in the region. The list is not exhaustive.
