Pascal Kropf, in partnership with Killian Pernet, have been making chocolates in Echallens since 2010 and in Yverdon since 2023.
All their creations follow the same rules:
- Fairness: cocoa farmers are paid a fair price and supported in their development projects.
- Traceability: cocoa trees, sponsored and dedicated to ONDEdeCHOC, grown using agroforestry methods that respect nature.
