Indoor Christmas market featuring arts and crafts,concerts and workshops, warm and festive atmosphere.
Around fifty artists, craftspeople, and producers from the region come together for an authentic and welcoming Christmas market. Two bars on site offer light refreshments, with specialties such as raclette, galettes, and crêpes, allowing visitors to prolong this convivial moment while sampling local products.
La Filature also opens its doors to two special areas:
- Rec Eco Mode, for ethical and sustainable fashion.
- The Portuguese Center, which offers a selection of typical Portuguese dishes.
Concerts not to be missed:
- Friday at 8 p.m.: Sako Wana, a modern-day griot from Burkina Faso, for a solo concert with African influences.
- Saturday at 6 p.m.: L'Autre Chorale, a feminist and anarchist choir from the Vallée de Joux.
- Sunday at 2:30 p.m.: Les Mythiks, a women's choir from Salvan (VS), performing songs from around the world.
Workshops and activities (pay what you want):
- Saturday from 3pm to 6pm: Candle workshop.
- Saturday from 3pm to 5pm: Art workshop (clay modeling) led by professional artist Annelies Adriaensen.
- Sunday from 12pm to 4pm: Candle workshop.
- Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.: Percussion workshop, with three 40-minute sessions offered by the École du Djembé.
