From the springs of the Venoge, at the Mollendruz pass you will have the opportunity to discover the Abri Freymond and the Puits à la Zazie.
L'Isle is accessible by train train to the station in front of the Château. At the beginning of the trail, you will find explanatory signs about this trail, which lasts about 4 hours and 45 minutes. The length of the route is approximately 15 km, 12 km of which are unpaved.
Along the river you will arrive at the first Source of the Venoge, Le Chauderon. 700 m upstream is Le Puits, which is in fact an overflow of the Chauderon. Continue your walk and you will arrive at the summit, at the Col du Mollendruz. On the way down, you can then explore the Freymond Shelter, a magnificent rock shelter that has attracted humans for thousands of years.
A little further on, you will find the Puits à la Zazie, a spring that was used by Lucie Jousson for the hospice she had built at Le Mollendruz in 1882. Finally, you will return to the Isle, where you can eat at the "Hohl" Confectionery.
